SHIPPING POLICY
Items are carefully packed and shipped out within 3 to 5 working days (Mon-Fri) from receipt date of order, orders received after 3 pm will count as next day order, orders received from Friday after 3pm and the weekend days will be booked in as a Monday order, for delivery information and costs see below:-
Level 1 - postage for this level will be included in the price so no extra amounts will be added for postage & packing. This level is 2nd class Royal Mail which takes 2-3 days from dispatch date to arrive.
Level 2 - postage rate for this level will be £3.95 and is 2nd class Royal mail which takes 2-3 days from dispatch date to arrive
Level 3 - postage rate for this level will be £4.95 and is 2nd class Royal Mail or Courier which takes 2-3 days from dispatch date to arrive
Level 4 - delivery rate for this level will be £6.95 and is by Courier includes tracking which takes 2-3 days from dispatch date to arrive. Tracking information will be supplied.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
General Returns - items can be returned within 14 days in the same condition as when received (new & unused). Buyer to pay postage. Returns will be only be refunded if items are in original condition or are faulty ( this means a fault in the material etc)
Personalised items - no returns are accepted for personalised items due to incorrect information for personalisation given by buyer, we copy and past all information received from buyer so there is no error on our part with this information.
